My website was up for some hours and now, "Apache is functioning normally" all over again. I can't do anything because of the ups and downs, if things don't get stable today, I'll be moving and demand a refund.

Apologize for the situation,
right now we have started migrating sites to new server which is located in Bulgaria, the reason of this delay was : all the sites which were hosted on Russian server has data base error so we first fix that issue on previous server and then we started migrating the sites to new server.
well I want to assure one thing to everyone on BHW, that what ever happen this time is not gonna happen again because in Bulgaria Data Center we have special firewalls which can protect any website from a 10GBPS attack.

same here.. seems like the mysql databases made recently vanished and that is causing the error.
