I have a video, but the filename was not optimized when I uploaded it, will that matter much? Should I reupload with a better file name or is it okay?

It was a typo, he meant "CANT" as in can not. He will only guarantee that he delivers the views, the likes, the backlinks, etc... But can NOT guarantee that it will rank you #1.

In the cheapest plan it is 10k visitors from all over the word? Or can I target it, for only Polish people, or even German ?

so if my tag words are not competitive i can expect my video to figure on the first page of youtube ?
do you use fake views/likes/subscriber to achieve this ? because i trully must stay away from those things, all i need is to be among the first videos listed when searching for my tag words.
is this possible ?
plus, if i use my competitor tag name is it possible when someone looking for HIM getting ME on the results ?
