I am leaving NEGATIVE review for he first time and I really don't like it, but I see no other option at the moment. I am a member of this forum 2,5 + years now and I never had to do it before. I have ordered the silver package a month ago, at 11-07-2013 and it's still wasn't finished. NOTE: the TAT is 10 days. But I am here to talk about another video.
Since it was 1000'th order IB gave me a free Silver package copy. Then I was very happy and thought it's my lucky day. unfortunately I was wrong. I gave them my video, video title and video description at 11-11-2013. Since then my video was deleted 3 times or so. Finally, at 11-30-2013 IB said:
"Hi Vytautas,
This is Indianbill.
I checked the issue with your free video, it seems YT has content-id the video and it will get deleted as soon as its uploaded.
So if you want us to work on a fresh video, let us know.
If not am sorry the free offer didn't work for you."
I have paid for the video $30 and I had to wait 20 days for it to be made. Then I gave my important video to them because I trusted them. My video was fully in compliance with YT TOS. My title was fully in compliance with YT TOS. My description was fully in compliance with YT TOS. And the link in the description is pointing to a website which is fully in compliance with YT TOS.
After 19 days they have said to me that my video is not good to go any more, because YT has content-id the video and it will get deleted as soon as its uploaded. Which means that this "awesome' service made my LEGIT video unacceptable by YT.
I have lost:
$30
60 days of time. (20 days - video order TAT. 20 days of hope to get something valuable form this service and 20 days is a time needed to get another video of such quality from same provider.
Then they said:
"Apologies.. bla,bla,bla...
If there is anything else that we can do to minimize your inconvenience in regard to this matter, please don't hesitate to contact us."
I have replied:
"Yes shore, pay for my video which you have made unacceptable by YT, so you will minimize my inconvenience to lost 41 day + other 20 days needed to make another video. By the way the time is also money. I have lost 2 months because of you."
It was more than 24 hours ago. No response so far.
And this is not all. They have reduced the quality of the video, have changed my title and re-uploaded the video to an account with a mail name! (In the video speaks a girl and invites to visit the website). Since I didn't trusted them anymore, 6 days ago, at 11-30-2013 I have asked to remove my video from YT. Since then I have asked for it 3 times and my video still wasn't removed!
REMOVE MY VIDEO IMMEDIATELY!

Your video break's Youtube terms of service and unfortunately we can't work on it. I offered you a free replacement and my offer still stands and your video has been removed by YT already.

Already 30 days I am getting only empty promises and lies from you. I have lost $30 and 60 days of time because of you. I can count 52 emails of conversation in my gmail and I still wasn't able to get what you advertise in this sales thread. After 29 days my video still has 4 backlinks ..etc.. And You are talking about my temper?
1) Please tell me when my video will be removed from YT.

Nov 11th you placed the order with us. Nov 20th the video got removed from YouTube.

Read the message from YT = YOUR CONTENT VIOLATES YT TERMS OF SERVICE. YOUTUBE IS SAYING THAT, NOT US.
On Nov 16th we offered to work again an re-upload the same video for you and you accepted it.
However the video was getting deleted as soon as we used to upload it as the content was marked by YT. See the below screenshot
So we couldn't work on it and hence the delays. I am offering you a full refund even after doing the work on it for 9 days. Actually I shouldn't do that. So yes feel free to open a shitlist and we will let a mod decide if we owe you a refund or not. If a mod feels we should refund I will happily do that.
Our BST terms clearly says that if you give a video which violates YT terms of service we wont be able to refund you after working on it. And I have cleared that numerous times on the thread that if your video violates YT terms of service and it gets deleted after we work, there will be STRICTLY NO REFUNDS.

No, we don't guarantee page 1. Just improvement in ranks. However in most cases our client's have seen page 1 rankings, you can check out all the reviews from past customers except the last one as his video broke YT TOS so we couldn't rank it

Really? And how about my other video? After 29 days (TAT 10 days) it' still has 4 backlinks from 2 reffering domains. Please tell us how it's possible to rank YT video for competitive keywords in google without backlinks???
