3+ months at least. You don't need to take my word for it, just look at the facts. List 8 contained about 20k dup domains from list 7 almost 3 months after it was released.

edit: Also, I saw you posted another thread asking what this list is. I would learn more about SER and scraping in general before I start buying lists if I was you.

You should wait, but it will probably be 10 days or so before I release it. I didn't start making a new list right after releasing the 8th one.

I do wait about 1 month to release a new on though.
