I ordered two articles from Blackpayman, excited to see what the raving reviews were about. To be honest, I was quite disappointed with the delivery that came. I ordered 2x 500 word articles to test out the service, and received the articles within 3 days - which was a great TAT. Fast delivery didn't entail good quality, though.
There were numerous spelling and grammatical mistakes throughout each article. I have a decent amount of knowledge in my niche, which unfortunately set off alarms immediately. A good chunk of "researched" information was incorrect, and that is the worst thing to give to your readers. I ended up having to re-write one of the articles to make it usable, which took me about as much time as it would have to write the entire article by hand. The other article was not salvageable since it was completely off-topic to what I had requested. Keep in mind that you are paying over $0.01 per word, which is about 35% more than his other content service. You'd expect more than sub-par articles filled with mistakes and 2.5% keyword density.
I talked with Blackpayman about this and he apologized, explaining that it was a new writer that had done the articles. Considering that his articles are supposed to be checked by a "professional proofreader", I don't understand how that many mistakes could slip through the cracks. He told me that they will re-write the articles, and let a better established writer do it this time - which shows great customer service.
All in all I'm glad that the customer service came through, but I am disappointed that a new writer was assigned to complete my articles. I don't mind waiting extra time if the articles are worth the wait, instead of receiving something quickly done and full of mistakes.
I'll update my review once I receive the new articles - hopefully I will be a returning customer in the future.

Update on my review...
I had previously e-mailed him the 2 new articles in which to write, since I had re-written one and one was off-topic. He had agreed to this and told me that different writers would be used. He ended up showing me screenshots of Grammarly, showing the articles were grammatically sound. Considering some of the mistakes were switching tenses in the middle of sentences, using sentence fragments, and giving incorrect information - it won't always show up with Grammarly. That being the case, I spent some time using Word comments to show him the mistakes.
Today, I received the same article with corrections - the corrections I had to point out. The article has already been re-written by me, so it was of no use anyway. The same writer was used and as for the other article - still nothing to be seen. He told me that the writer was wasting his time, and that I could send him 2 new articles to write with his "old writers". I thought that's what I had asked for in the first place - so I asked for a refund.
He refunded me, no questions asked, so the customer service is there. I am just not so confident in his writers or "professional proofreaders".

I ordered 12 articles. TAT was 3 days which was fantastic. Blackpayman was quick to respond to my emails as well.
I ran all of the articles through Copyscape and they passed 100%.
For $3.3 an article I was really surprised because they're actually pretty good quality.
Overall, content is decent -- no grammatical mistakes and sentence wording looks good. (1 article was overstuffed with keywords but that was most likely because I wasn't clear enough in my instructions.)
In my opinion these are great for getting 100% unique content on a new site fast for SEO purposes.
I would order again and I would recommend this service.
