There has to be some mistake. I thought we mailed your report the day you made your previous post. That's why didn't find the need to reply. I would look into the matter soon and see what's the issue here. Really apologize for this confusion.

Thanks for your review. And we really are working hard to get the TATs fixed. We have fixed it for majority of our clients, but still we get issued with very few orders.

i have 2 website using his service, one didn't move from first position, one going down to 18 position on first day penguin 3.0 update, but it slowly going up again, and now still on 7 position, so i didn't think his service make your website slapped by new google penguin update.

Coud you give us your order details so that we can see your website and analyze what may have caused the drops. I see from your forum posts, that you have made the exact same post on some other SEO threads too.
