You are selling a service here, and you are not providing and delivering what you advertise, which is a 48 hour TAT. I have been waiting 9 days for one article. Either answer with a TAT, provide a refund, or we need a moderator here.

I see you have been logging in and it is not at all professional to not respond to paying customers.
