I don't normally do reviews. However...I ordered the cheapest package linking to a web2 at weebly.
Within a couple of weeks the web2 was ranking in its own right on page 4 for a low competition keyword.
These are the only links pointing to that web2 - so I can pretty confidently say that the links are sending some juice.

After leaving as good review I placed another order which has been disappointing. A number of the links did not exist. The seller replaced those links with (alleged) new links but they also do not exist. I last emailed the seller 5 days ago to tell him this but have received no reply.
