I've closed this thread, and others from this provider, due to a mass of complaints. Anyone with current issues is encouraged to post a shitlist thread, or contact me with the details so I can followup. This kind of halfass service isn't welcome here and Extrawinner will be held responsible. It's clear he's taking money from new orders and using the money collected to pay for refunds. As such, I'm closing his threads until this is resolved.
