What I can offer is a dedicated server running Cent OS and Plesk? I guess this should fit all your needs?
What Specs do you need for the server? So I can let you know a price, Plesk included.

So far so good, pretty quick setup time and the vps itself (starter) seems very fast too! Have a look at the speedtest (I'm in Poland):

I just used a VPS from SuperTeefor a week and was totally blasted away with the efficiency and speed of it. Nothing I threw at it made it bork at all. Super stable and almost instant responses from support on anything I had to question was the cream of the deal. Just thought it would be right to mention that here as I am suitably impressed. Cheers
