Well, as you know, there is no way to protect a link network 100% - but, to answer your question, we have precautions in place - more details regarding this will be released at launch.

are you regulating or advising on price in any way? I think that would be a good idea personally.

There will be several options - blog posts, etc - but the bread and butter is high PR homepage and inner page links - Imagine if you had a site that was about "mortgages" and you were able to sort the inventory and located several high PR home page links and inner pages links available for sale in the "finance" niche - that will help the site greatly. More details will follow as we approach the launch

Having the ability to decline certain buyers would be an amazing feature. Moderated systems work great, and usually too much work for lazy SEOs.

Yes, there are precautions in place that check the PR before even allowing a sellers listing to go live. It has to be a minimum PR of 1 to even be listed on the site.

And yes, the "seller" approves the transaction - as a seller you have full control and don't have to sell to a particular buyer - you set the price, finalize the transaction, and collect payment. We do not keep a percentage of each sale, so there is no reason to control the sale - seller maintains 100% control at all times. This will help avoid a porn site trying to buy a high PR link from a health and fitness site (just an example)

Complete info will be released closed to launch, but buyers will see all of the details of each link being sold, the placement, how many will be sold, etc
