Please i need a refund, since 24 Oct. 2013 i spent $97 (Pro pack) + $200 in posts and at today, i didn't received 1 single post or trace of the work done, plus i'm promoting a very authoritative page which absolutely can't risk to be placed on de-indexed blogs or low quality pages.
Please close my account and provide a refund of total $297, i can give you all the transactions made via paypal if needed.

Please keep in mind the blog itself is not being de-indexed in anyway, there are few sites PR has dropped which we have already removed off our distribution network so no more new articles will be post on those sites.
For existing posts, just leave them as they are, eventually they will be permanently removed.

There seems to be a serious deindexation as I have noticed serious drops on my rankings today (with a site that uses Rank Experts heavily) and checking the posts I see that there are a lot that cannot be found in Google. Are you aware of this?

It seems that there was an undercover Google update on the 8-9th, and the drop may be associated with that rather than with RE. Although there are posts that I can't find at Google, that could be business as usual (a few sites deindexed every now and then).

Yes, there was a minor update from Google, it was mainly due to the PR update, but anytime when there are hundreds of sites, minor changes are expected here and there, but we are monitoring everything very very closely.

I signed up for the 15 domain package. How does this convert into your new model? Do I get grandfathered in?
I was trying to do something to one of my 15 domains, and it said I had exceeded my domain limit.
