@dirtyc I don't think they do, but if you get to know the people in these forums you will trust their feedback. I was worried too, but read the posts here, and said screw it...worse they could get me for is $300, actually $350, inflation is a bitch! They went up. Anyway, gave them a shot and so far so good. they've been doing my backlinks for 2 days now.

I see lots of inquiries but they're all after using Globol for short term work, but can anyone comment that's been using Globolstaff for a while?

-How is their staff turn-over?
-How hard do you need to ride these guys to keep them productive?
-Do they provide any weekly / monthly reporting
-What infrastructure do they provide their workers (decent PC's & intertubes connectivity?)
-Rates -see they've recently been upped. Have they been consistent up till the recent increase?

I'm interested in getting full time help but don't want to fall for a bait & switch or train someone up only to have them start slacking after a month... You know, the usual employee bs

I am currently using them, I only started 15 days ago, but I think you guys are worried about too much.
How is their staff turn-over?...who cares..they specialize in this so they understand the basics of backlinking, linkwheeling etc...when they say train they mean more like get to know your particular site. It's not like a whole big training session you have to do.

How hard do you need to ride these guys to keep them productive? You have to provide the links or instructions on how to find links. If they have to find them, you will get less productivity, if you provide the links they crank it out. I talk to my guy everyday to make sure he has enough work. My biggest problem is find more links for him...they crank that shit OUT!
Do they provide any weekly/monthly report....This is the beauty...they are 14 hours ahead of us (PST anyway) I wake up 6 days a week with a report waiting in my email.
So to answer you question, you get a DAILY report.
What infrastructure do they provide....who cares, the work gets done!
Rates.... well, you tell me if it's worth $350, if you find a better deal let me know!

They are really good if you ask me, I have a full time person, and they even told me the supervisors have to check the work before sending the reports daily! At the end of the day you got a full time employee for $350/month 8 hours a day 5.5 days a week. Try it if you don't like it, stop using them.

I would like to post a follow up review on their services. I have been with them pretty much as soon as they posted their ad on here. 4 or 5 months. I have had their staff doing various tasks. And what can i say. I am still using their services. After a little coaching. The staff you hire are pretty much self sufficient. They send daily reports. If they have questions or if something goes wrong they contact you ASAP. But i guess the best thing is they reduce amount of frustrating tasks i have to do, whilst helping me make money. Definitely a must if you want an edge in your business. Plus you can't complain with the price.

Here is how it has been going for me:
I have used Globolstaff for 2 months and my staff has been doing high quality work since the beginning. My staff does everything they can to tell me how things are going and report on their progress every day.
