Do your workers have access to proxies? I am looking into someone creating web 2.0 properties for me using spun articles and proxies. I would also like them to create micro niche sites - basically just install the theme, install the articles and then do some manual backlinking to it. What experience do they have in backlinking - do I need to train them? Do they have any tools available?

Extremely poor service and cheating of customers - REALLY A BAD EXPERIENCE ON MY FIRST (and last) ORDER.

Hi Michael,

We apologize for not sending the report in time but this was actually because Joni had worked out the wrong turnaround time for your order. Also, we encountered office's power cut-off yesterday (our time) and this slowed us down. That's why the report was not handed to you in time.

However, at least the work has been finished and you've got the report in hand with what exactly you needed to be done and completed. We also returned all of the payment to you due to our mistake :) This is fair enough so we did not understand why you left such bad reviews on our service.

We know we did not provide best services that meet your demands but you can not call us cheaters after having all of the work finished and money returned.

Ok, I was trying not to mention the details of my experience, but since you want to start a mud slinging game, i will come to the table and explain actually what happened.

Actually quite a few people have contacted me asking what happened, i will paste my Skype chat with the first person whom asked me what happened. I have changed the identity of the person i had the chat with.

[10:21:38 AM] Royalmice: i had a product data sheet which was 4407 lines long and i needed some of the content in 2 coloums replaced. Simple copy and paste job

[10:34:51 AM] Royalmice: Anthony told me next time contact him direct. I told him i have another job. I made a 20 min video explaining the requirements of the job and send to him, he said he will watch the video and assign VA to give me quote

[10:35:31 AM] Royalmice: so i thought SCREW this, i dont want to deal with these idiots who are not desprate for bussiness and who cheat people without feeling remorse

If you want i can post some screen shots of the emails and the chats i had with you, Joni and Anna.

Maybe if Joni just apologized for what she have done none of this would have been necessary, but no her 2.5 hour lunch break was more important than satisfying the need of a customer whom she tried to cheat but got caught.
 
That is very bad and to be honest i had a similar experience with Globalstaff earlier in this year. They are not processional and unreliable. I agree with royalmice about not using them, that why i changed to new supplier. I now use Philippine VA's as they are more reliable than Vietnamese
