I have following questions and it seems that i should answer it publicly

I spoke with another member of BHW who told me he found out that Hung was working on 3 projects at once

Hung (or Catherine , our leaders ) is not supposed to work for any projects as they are leaders, who is responsibility for getting to understand the work process , get training from customers and train other staff to work

However, in some cases, our leaders might work for part-time projects, which is only 4 hours daily.

Hung is working for you as part-timer and support other 2 full time staffs, that's why you think that he is doing 3 projects at once.

If you have any other concerns about our staffs or process, pls kindly let me know.

Pls note that we are still not getting projects that are too complicated

3. For GSA Software, we can lease it to you with 1/2 license fee on gsa-online.de ( alternatively, customers need to provide the license )

So basically, they would be able to do anything we ask of them provided we teach them if they don't know? If I hired one, I'd want them to do work with SEO, the only problem is, I don't want to have to go around telling them where to build their links which is the majority of the work I'd have them do.

So in terms of SEO, do they know enough that they could go around submitting to directories and adding backlinks in general that I could pretty much simply request that they work on SEO for "x" site, with "x" "y" and "z" for anchor text, and nothing that will get me sandboxed and they'd be able to occupy themselves with that for their time?

I am an SEO in Seattle WA and always have room to out source. My concern is verifying the work as I have to document what is being done with my clients who are paying directly for services.

What I need to know is if I were to provide a templete of what is needed to be done which will take me some time to put together, will you provide me with user name and passwords along with urls of the tasks that I need to have done.
