I wouldn't bother. My software hasn't worked for months. I've filed support tickets, sent emails, but no response. This software appears to be done for. I just cancelled my membership. It's to bad because it was great when it worked.

They changed to a new installation type for v2. When I uninstalled it, it left a bunch of junk on my pc. Not only that, but every reboot it tries to reinstall itself.

Now, has anyone figured a way to do a clean uninstall?

I just approved all pending domains and updated some FB and Plus script updates.
I still have few more modules to run through, but should be running much better now. Over the
holidays I have more downtime to work on it.

I was using web2rule for a while until I tried adding some new sites I had set up to the software and they were just not getting accepted. I sent the owner several emails over the course of a few weeks and got 0 replies so I just said fuck it and moved on to pandabot. Web2rule is a sinking ship with a captain that's gone 99% of the time.

So far the main difference is that Web2Rule can leave social signals on Your Web Page. That is it. And that is the only feature what I will miss about Web2Rule.
PandaBot has more features in setting up traffic campaigns. Its free. As well they allow to hide your campaigns, where as Web2Rule You have to pay for this basic feature.
To get there more, You have to give more. The longer your browser client is on, the more traffic you will get.
I've got a cheap vps ~15$ and left it there to run on.
Its sad to see that this is going nowhere. I remember a year ago when Life-Time licenses were available for Web2Rule, I was about to get one, thank God I didn't.

Try using Revo Uninstall (free).
