I was interested in buying the Extreme VPS from them BUT when I sent them an email to ask them about the server (because I am a newbie and I want to understand what I am buying exactly)- they took forever to reply to it (now it's been almost a week if I am not mistaken) and no reply yet. I added their Skype and as you can expect it - they have not accepted my request yet.

I am not impressed at all. I think I can pay much more for better customer service. For all of you who would buy this, think about when you have a problem with the server - who would be there to help you out when there is no one even to answer your small questions? I don't think I'd recommend this to anyone.

he claims he is not a reseller and owns all the servers and equipment. You get "less" than what you pay for here.

Let's say you have a downtime or error on your server, you wait forever for someone from boosterhost to reply and when he replies and every day it costs you money both to your income and server rent.

Sorry, I just don't want anyone to fall for this. I thank him, however, that he didn't reply my email quickly otherwise I would have destroyed my business more or less.

what I would like to know is how you people rip this kind of template from I mean if you bought the template you will have the delicacy of change at least the favicon icon.

I own the license for template and I do own the WHMCS.

I would never consider to host my websites nor the ones of my clients on the servers of the company that allows xrummer and other bh software to be used on them...

You have to make a decision: are on the dark side or not :/ .. there isn't a golden middle.
