I did not really understand either... But I will try to help. Your content is important in t1 to get your links to stick. You need really good content for most of these websites so that your links won't get deleted. I start linking out to my money sites after two or three filler posts on the web 2.0.
So basically for t1 links direct to the money website, focus heavily on the quality of your content so that the links will stick.
Once you learn all the markers in AFM you can get really crafty with your content and make it look very real and have it all done very quickly. Inserting something in an about me post like "Hey there, my name is #first_name# #last_name#, welcome to my blog called #blog_title#! This blog will have content hosted on it related to #anchor_text#" etc...
