Yes, 1 keyword/url.

But our control panel lets you set up the campaign however you like once a month. It's recommended you stick to the same keyword so that the content can accumulate and be all mashed together--better for uniqueness.

You can change the URL at that time. You can change the keyword too, but the content will then start over from scratch. Keep in mind we'll continue to manage your same web 2.0/bookmark network properties as long as the campaign is live, so it would look most natural to stay in the same niche.
