I ordered small package from this service for one smaller niche site of mine. It is 3 months old website with close to none link-building done before.

Positives:
- Very nice provider, good communication from start to finish
- Quick turn-around time
- Acceptable quality of articles, given the price for the service. Images in the articles.
- Ranking improvements seen (before main KW outside of top 100, now around 50.) Other keyword also from nowhere to top 50.
- Decent level of network protection, good steps taken in this direction

Negatives:
- I would prefer if OP did not accept certain client before me, because nature of website of this client is not good and risky, for both the network and also other clients. So Neo should be more picky when choosing clients.

Overall score: 8.5/10
