Here's my review for my e-Commerce website made by MandLoys
For me, everything always needs to be perfect, needs to be exactly how I visioned it unless the designer surpasses it. This usually isn't fair to designers, because beauty lies within the eyes of the beholder.
For this project of mine, I have personally browsed through at least 20 designers extensively. Finally I decided to try MandLoys's services.
Communication before as after payment is flawless. Basically you send a PM or Email, Anita (my contact person) replies. Simple as that. All within 24 hours. She's good on her word too. If she says tomorrow, she means tomorrow. No delays, no excuses, nothing.
I provided a couple of examples/sites of competitors that I liked in terms of layout/design, and a brief outline of what the site is about. And a few days later, the complete mock up was done. It looked great already! After receiving my comments about the site, the first version was live. I was really happy with the result. After that I requested to change some other details and we added some plugins which was done pretty quickly!
Voila, everything was right. It was exactly what I wanted. This...doesn't happen often. Everything was handled with professionalism and care.
Probably one of the best designers I've ever used.
I will need a couple more sites later this year, we will work again for sure!

First off, I would like to apologize for not leaving the review sooner. I ordered two sites a few months ago and got caught up with work and meant to write a review but I forgot. Sorry.
So, like I said, I ordered 2 sites from them a few months ago.
The first site was an ecommerce site for a client. I gave them strict information/guidelines to follow. Shortly after (few days) ordering, they sent me a few concepts, they were excellent and I picked the one that best suited the client. They were able to design and code the site quite quickly and provided top notch support through Skype and email. They listened to my needs and met all expectations. After they complete the site, I spent a few days on content and additional coding that the client requested afterwards. I noticed a few bugs, so I sent an email to them. In under 24 hours they sent me the corrections without any more issues. The client was absolutely thrilled with the site and turned out exactly as he wanted.
Since the first site worked out great, I decided to see if they could help me with my own. I gave they a concept design and requirements, we agreed on price, they proceeded to work. They sent me some designs which were great, I picked the best, they proceeded to code. This time however, they were unable to complete something I had requested (2 stage javascript form that passes variable) that was quite simple (IMO). When they said they were unable I was a bit disappointed, however not upset as it was not crucial and I knew how to do it. They refund me a significant portion of what I paid. Didn't ask for one, but was quite happy they offered. They then completed the site very fast and I was thrilled.
My overall experience with both sites was great. They provide excellent designs, service, speed, and support during and after completion.
My only criticism is that they might need to hire more as they were quite busy when I ordered, I would prefer someone to make child theme instead of altering the theme files, also wish they did Magento, Joomla, and custom cms sites also.
Normally I do my own design work and usually don't outsource web design but I will gladly use Mandloys again!

I'm looking for some top notch developers.
Few things:
1. Do you do Facebook, YouTube and Twitter covers? If so, is it quoted on a case by case basis or is there a flat rate?
2. Do you follow a systematic Development approach by using Milestones, etc?
