I'd like to advice. Please please, lets not use BHW for customer support issues. I haven't been on this forum for quite a while. Sometimes some of the things that come up could be a miscommunication issue. Others are more serious. But customer support on this forum is going to be rather hard.

Update to the Service
We are now offering Your Writer on Demand. We now also include Saturday in TAT time. Skype is also open for customer support issues. From 9am to 4 pm British Time.
We got a lot of requests from clients who wish to have a specific writer to their articles. This we can now do and at improved TAT's. This is what we have for you
- Option 1 is Pick Your Own Writer
- Option 2 is Any Writer Available
Pick Your Own Writer ? $0.9 per 100 Words
- In order to get the best out of this system, order a number of articles. (or simply order from any available writer. If you like a writer from there you can then order from them. All you have to do is send us an email with your preference
- We shall give each article to different writers
- We shall then deliver the articles to you
- If pick the writer you want from henceforth
- Order Delivery within 3 days excluding Sundays
Any Available Writer ? $0.8 per 100 Words
- Order Delivery within 4 days excluding Sundays
- 1 revision per article
The service can now process over 150 orders a day. Again, if we don't deliver, WE REFUND. No Questions Asked.

got another 3 articles through from Kasheshe today.
OP will hate me for saying this again - delivery is a bit longer than some other providers (7 days) BUT the QUALITY is well worth the wait - the articles are written really well, well formated and they can be cut and pasted straight into my wordpress site and they look fantastic.
So if you are looking for high quality for the price, come here!

There is nothing to hate you about. It's the truth. We were a tad slow. As with most quality services, we had to go through that in order to streamline things better.
Don't worry now. TAT will be as described except Sundays. Quality, we'll try and make it better.

Hello we have put press releases on hold for the time being. We should be back with it within this month but we need to train a team specially for press releases especially with the recent Google Updates on press releases.
