We're open as usual, and all support tickets are always answered in a timely manner. If by "support" people mean PMs here on BHW, then I must say that this is not a support forum, and I can't answer all PMs - we've got staff who do that on our own site.

As for downtime, the VPS containers don't have any of these problems. It's just been one of the shared servers.
