Yeah...It has been more than 12 hours and sites are still down....not good at all.

I'm sorry for the latest downtime. A big "Thanks" goes to the people on Shared3 who forced the entire subnet to be blacklisted by Spamhaus. This has prompted immediate action from the datacenter where Shared3 is colocated, as everyone in there was affected. We are on and off the comms with Spamhaus and the DC to resolve the issue fully. While we have restored access to most of the sites, some are still offline (including our own).
Rest assured that we're working on fixing this. Affected customers will be issued credits, and the ones responsible for this will be punished.
Again - no spam can be initiated from the shared hosting accounts. From now on we will disable the mail function on shared hosting completely! If anybody needs mailing from shared hosting, an approval will be needed first.

For the people asking what is shared3: Shared3 is the internal name for one of the servers holding shared hosting accounts.

Come out RMX and answer our questions. Ignoring our questions is not gonna solve anything. At least give us a time frame.

I agree. Keeping your clients informed on what's happening and giving time frames of when the problem is expected to be solved is only common sense.
