You know Lithuania, Latvia and Germany are all NATO countries right?. Meaning that should your host be involved with to many ignored DMCA requests the governing bodies in the United States could quite happily lean on the governments of those respected countries to close you down in return for other political favours.
It's been doe before so I think just sitting there laughing and thinking you're untouchable wouldn't be a great idea.

Once we receive a DMCA complaint, we have a complex procedure that is applied to the account in question. Basically, the traffic is re-routed in a similar way of how The Pirate Bay does it. We're safe.
Also, NATO is a military alliance, and it has no authority on copyright laws.

The Pirate Bay gets away with it because they dont host anything, they are simply a "middle man" and have always argued that fact.
You will be a host, so it's very different.
Also I'm aware Nato is a military pact but along with that Nato countries get other political and trade benefits.

If you see the Pirate Bay documentary, you'll also notice that they're constantly sued by someone, and that ins't for the fact they they host or don't host something. It's about linking to illegal material. Yet, nothing can be done. Also, as I said, our routing methods hide the true location of our servers, so they can disable our ability to connect to the internet just about for the time until we find another uplink, which doesn't take very much time these days.

Can I host fb viral scripts on your server? I use hostwinds before but after someone reported that my site is a phising site (which is not) I was automatically banned.. How do you handle this kind of problem? Will my account be banned immediately?

Do you guys ignore spamhaus requests? I do not spam e-mail, but I do use YouTube comment spam (posted via my own servers and proxies) to generate traffic to my site. Spamhaus have been threatening my hosting companies with putting them on a blacklist if they do not shut my site down (even though i do not participate in any e-mail spamming).

Thank you for explaining your situation. You would need to get a separate IP address in order to keep our other clients safe. Alternatively, you can get a VPS from us. Either way - the Spamhaus complaints will be ignored.
