The program is working for over 5 years.

So you can't say it was not working If it was really not working on your PC, it was either an account issue, connection issue or PC issue. MVB pro works fine.

In mass video downloader you have an option to export thumbnail also. Use that, export the video + thumbnail and import in MVB Pro.
