Hi Vlad,
After logging browser still shows uploading and nothing happening and Exception occurs after 5 min. Is there any alternative way to upload videos fast?as here internet connection also slow. Will buy VPS tomorrow.

Open a ticket at http://blastersuite.com/support and tell me the error you get. Try using YouTube API method instead of webbrowser if you have slow internet. The problem is surely caused by slow internet connection.

Click on 1 account and click on Open in browser, see what happens, what error appears.

Try using YouTube API method instead of webbrowser

Its slowly getting uploaded via browser upload. Will contact you via support if any doubts .
Whether Youtube API method is safe? no ban hammer?

Hi,
I am a paying customer but am having some problems with the software.

To cut a long story short, i wish to download videos, edit the description, so my links are in there, then re-upload them

So, i enter mass video downloader. search for videos, highlight them all, the export the txt file, and i get the videos on my desktop.

i then go into the uploader, click the txt file to upload them all, but they seem to upload in awful awful quality, even though i selected HD in the downloader.

what am i doing wrong? I want them downloaded in HD quality , where possible, then uploaded in HD...or standard.

Any ideas?

How many computers can use a single license?

You can use it on 1 PC at a time, but you can use it on multiple pcs. Wait 15 minutes when switching from PC 1 to PC 2

Before uploading videos MVB pro re-encodes them to make them unique. If you go to upload settings->video editor you will see you can set the quality of the encoding. Do that and they will look good.

You probably have some special characters in the description or something. Open a ticket at http://blastersuite.com/support and tell me the exact title/decr/tags that you are using

Just a queries as of now ..
1.) how we can add the custom thumbnails to the video , although there is a option in " other options " but it just changes the thumbnail by default to random(my assumption ) screen .

I am sorry but you cannot set an individual thumbnail to the video currently, only let MVB Pro chose a random one.
I have this on my to do list and I will add it in the future

Yes, it can create multiple channels.

One more query - If i already have a video in a youtube account - without description and tags , would it be possible to assign the tags and description only , to already existing video in the account via MVB .

You can sue the downloader to download the videos than export with the option "Export in MVB Pro and mark as uploaded".
Than you can use the "Update video details" function to do what you want.
