I bought UWCS some time ago but i'm having trouble with the URL harvester which is not harvesting anything... Generally i can research 4 or 5 queries, then, starting the following research, it won't get any result... any hint ?

Change your IP mate (just restart ur modem) (also restart your computer) and then revert back.

Everyone should read this - hiding your links in smileys rather than posting them in the "website" field is working great for me so far!

Thanks for the tip but, are you just posting the same comment to every blog ona given run of UWCS? Because I have it set to randomize the "author", "website" and "comments" fields in each post (how I think it was designed to work, as per the documentation). So, you just posting the same comment with smiley pointing to the same page on each one?

Of course I'm not posting the same comment everywhere I'm using many, many different comments, and hiding my link in a smiley in each of them.

OK, just seems like a lot of work, I have 150 or so comments that get rotated, not only would it be pasting the smiley code on each one, but also having to change the url in each one. You using this code?

Just add some smiley to the comments you already have.. It'll take you 3mins. And next time you just do a replace with the url.

I'm using all the different smileys that in WP will be displayed as images.

You can't....just try with NA or http://abc.com

I have this problem currently, Sub is this the case to change IP? I don't remember running on this IP yet, as it's new, oh yeah, is this problem with the license?

No, it has nothing to do with the License, IP may be a problem.
eMail or PM me the string you are using to Harvest WP Blogs and the keyword(s) too.
You are defiantly doing something wrong.
Read the FAQ's, Question No.18 for more information about the Harvester and strings.

I saw the string you are using, it's perfectly fine. It seems some antivirus/firewall is blocking it from accessing the net. I just harvested 1980 URLs and it's working just fine!

Can you please try using the harvester on another computer and then revert back?

Please email me the screenshot if still it doesn't work. I'll try and help you out over TeamViewer if you are not able to figure it out.

or you may try some other harvesters available on BHW.

Q. What is the Recommended computer configuration

Recommended System Requirements:
XP sp-2 {32 bit} (2 Gb ram- if not working a fresh install is recommended)
Vista {32 bit} ( 4 Gb ram)

May not work on 64 Bit Versions
Not tested with beta release of any other Windows i.e. Windows 7 etc..

Have you been able to thoroughly test on vista64?
