Answering your question on indexing, we use lindexed and indexification at the moment. The links will get indexed and you will get to see 1000+ results in Google within 2-3 weeks.

Oh the report, it's awesome, it's professionally laid out and it's much easier for me to track the PR links whenever I need or want.

For the link power/SERP effect, it's not yet evident (since the PR submission was done just few days ago) but I will come back here when the effect takes place (about few weeks or so).
