Update on 100 link package. Order placed 20 days ago.

Focused on google.CA

KW1 -#8 ----> -1
KW2 - #12 ----> -6
KW3 - #9 ----> +1
KW4 - #11 ----> -5
KW5 - #5 ----> +1

Love any increase in the first two pages, but was hoping for a little more movement but could be dancing. The PR is indeed high on the pages as suggested and I haven't seen anything under PR2. Most of the links I see in Ahrefs are russian language sites and a number of them contain links to pornography, gambling and pharma sites. Will continue to update.

If I GeoTarget my website for the United Kingdom using Google's Webmaster Tools, would this affect my Backlinks coming in from other regions like Russia?

In other words would Google think it strange that I am based in the United Kingdom and have Backlinks originating from Russia/Yantra?

I'm ready to purchase a package but need the answer to the above question.
