You want someone to tell the inner workings of their business? I doubt that's going to happen.

If I was doing this..Here is how I would go about it though. Perfectly simple and very profitable (though not for lazy asses who want to just sit there. Making money requires work)

Other than the large number of bookmarks (which the OP might claim are not links - they'd be wrong - but it's a case) then the rest is barely a days work manually.
They are not creating fresh accounts - they are posting on premade "aged" accounts.
No setting up email addresses, user names, creating accounts, clicking acknowledgement links, making subtle changes to themes. adding author bios, setting up categories and tags...it's already done.
Log in - post content ad link - job done. Even manually to someone who knows what they are doing and has all the sites pre bookmarked in their browser... that's a 2 minute job per site. Doing it 75 x (Market Leader package) is a mornings work...if that (3 hours max - more like 2 and a half).
I know most people couldn't work at that speed, but then we are talking about someone who adds content to these sites 9-5 for a living. Who knows the in's and out's of these sites like the back of their hand.

Content creation? You do it in bulk. Example. My VA for instance does up to 50,000 words a day speech to text for $500 a month (plus 13 month paid annual holiday. If you have a PA you might know all about this) .
This service seems to be professionaly set up and covers all these bases. THAT'S WHAT YOU PAY FOR. A well run, well thought out and comprehensive system.
It's great that it offers so much value that you can't understand it. It's also quite possible to do if you manage the work flow and think in bulk...as well as take that all important professional "service minded" attitude.

Doing something manually doesn't mean "starting from scratch" or "doing like someone who has never done it before"
There is a clear defined work process set up to support a project like this most times. A couple of people who know exactly what to do.

URL's? Check
Keywords? Check
Content sourced and ready in a folder? Check
Sites to post on bookmarked in browser? Check

Go. 2 minutes per site.
3-4 hours later.
Job done.... Check

Are all the bookmarks hand made? I think that could be another 4-5 hours work alone. Could be. I have no idea. It would still be a profit, but for the way bookmarks form on transient URL's.. I would automate this 100% of the time. No idea if they do, but if they don't...;)
