First of all you didn't Provide any Work after the Payment.. But Before Payment You Made a Post.. I aks you many times to send me the Work details whether you didn't send any.. But after few days you come and aks for Refund with No Reason.. and you know Indian can't use there paypal Balance for any Transaction... The Paypal you use from other Country so you may use that Facility, but we are not..

I ask you many Times to send me you bank Account so I can send you the Payment.. You didn't. You didn't come to any Negotiation atlst.. Send me you bank Account and I will send you Money in One Days.. Else Dispute on Paypal.. Else you need to wait for Few Days as I mentioned on Skype...
