The OP is not online as much as he'd like atm to be due to sever weather causing blackouts and interrupting his Internet connectivity (monsoonal flooding). I am happy to vouch for his work however. Check all articles at http://techadvice.webnode.com/articles/ which is one of my tier 2 sites. All articles were written by mozoak and were published un-edited with the exception of some images thrown in by myself when publishing them.

Edit - I should add that I also use his content for Tier 1 as well as on my main sites. Pricing is just so good there's no reason not to use it all the way out to Tier 2
