I am not a fan of doing reviews. If you look at my post, I don't have a single review posted on the products I have bought here in BHW.
But because this is one great product and I should also mention that the customer support is superb, I really feel like I need to post a review for this.
A few days before MCL has been launch here in BHW, I already bought other self hosted content locker (I wouldn't name it but I guess you have an idea what it is). My experience with that other locker was a total frustration. I thoroughly read the manual and still can't get it to work properly. The support is slow and that time, their main customer support staff is on a vacation. So I had no choice but to ask for a refund cause their support will be back in like a week so I need to wait for a week before my issue can get resolved and I'm not sure if my problem can easily get resolved when the customer support staff got back. That's when I saw MCL.
I immediately bought this when I got my refund.
There's already a few reviews that's why I didn't hesitate. And the big thing that appeals to me most is the great customer support base on the past reviews. So I bought it, didn't need to read any manual to install cause it was so easy. I was so happy when I saw the interface of MCL cause it was so clean and organize. I would not discuss more about the features, you can read it on other reviews above me. But I would just mention
the feature that I most like which is the detailed stats. I have never seen this kind of stats in other locker. You can see what countries does your visitors come from. This is good in my opinion as you will know you need to put an offer for that country even if it's not top country. Also the stats in which post generated you the most clicks on your locker. This way you can analyze which post is getting you the most traffic. There's still a lot of features to discuss but I wouldn't go that far, just read the other reviews above me if you are interested on the features of MCL.
And the last thing which is in my opinion should be the the no.1 priority of any seller, a great customer support. So I encounter a problem when setting my postback function.
The OP even came up in skype to help me with my problem. We found out that there's no any problem with how I set up my postback function, instead there's a conflict with my hosting and MCL. Very trustworthy person. I even gave him my MCL log-in and cpanel log in info without any hesitation. It takes him a few hours to code something I don't know what was it to fix the issue in my hosting.
He spend hours of time for me even if I am the only customer of him having this issue. So this is the real deal when it comes to 100% satisfaction guaranteed!!!
Now everything is working fine. It's just I can't get any conversion. I am making way more when I was still using file/link locker. I really don't know what is the problem. I also doubt that it is about my offers. I'll try changing my hosting cause maybe it is the issue. OP please come again in skype when your on. I'd like to ask you something.
