I just wanted to let everyone know that I apologize for the error you were experiencing on the thank you page when submitting in your campaign. We have been integrating a new system the past couple days, you can now login to your very own members area to track your order.

This will be setup with the thank you page later tonight once my programmer finishes it up. In the meantime, please email your campaign details to parkersoftmedia (at) gmail.com for immediate attention.

For members, inside the new members area where you can track your order, we have a integrated ticket support system where you can submit a ticket. My support is handled by myself and 2 other campaign managers. All tickets are prioritized and answered promptly.

To obtain a members area, just send me a PM with your paypal email address and I will get you setup right away. (clients only)

This is a great service. I ordered a trial pack and within about 24 hours all my comments were showing in the top comments. In the two days since I ordered my site has gotten around 30 visitors a day from the comments. This might not sound a lot, but the videos I chose are not huge traffic videos, but I expect the comments to stay up for some time.

I'll be be back a larger pack very soon.

Can I please get an update to my trial order? It's been a week now and currently I only have 1 top comment. One comment has been sitting on a video for a week now with no votes. The other 3 comments are MIA. I sent you an email and PM too.

i'm not really aware how youtube comments works but what if users (lot of users) marked as spam your topped comment? what happen to you comment? gone?

I also ordered the trial package and jake delivered as promised and on time, even on a 8 mio view video. After 3 days now, one video is flagged as spam (8mio view video) but 4 are still up. Everyone here need to be realistic that you comment will get flagged sooner or later as spam, except your offer is really great and/or your comment does not look to spammy... Unfortunately every commet with an url in it will looks like spam somehow.
So jakes service is real, it works but what you gonna do with it in order to earn money is entirely up to you.

If I buy the 25 top comment package, should I provide all comments in a single time? Or can I provide them in multiple times - e.g. 5 today, 10 the next week and the other 10 the next month?
