since before my campaigns started up until now, i deposit $20 based on their reviews on BHW, set my campaigns, waited +/- 3 days with no response from them, and suddenly my pending campaigns became active and daily traffic delivered.

Yes, each package is a little different. Cosmetic google traffic has been the fav for monetizing with adsense. Cosmetic direct traffic is similar, but instead of directing visitors
through google, theyre sent to your site. EVs high click package would be most useful with cpa and or ppc campaigns.
