This traffic is for PPC such as Chitika and Adsense. I think I sow one guy reported he is getting conversions from Amazon so the only way to find out is to test it out. However lots of people use PPC and EV traffic and have awesome earnings. So my advice is to go with that.

There are several good providers on fiverr at least I think they are good, imo. I will PM you the source of a guy I use and have had great results with.

I didnt used these and Im not sure if anyone else used them to lower CTR, but you could try with MaxVisits since they have BST here on BHW
