The global indexing rate of the service is in alike levels as it always was. Ofcourse for different sets/types of links indexing fluctuates and it is never the same - some links get higher indexing rates, others lower, after some time that switches for other link types and etc.. This is not exact science like ranking and anything else in SEO, and it has always been like that since the 2 years the service operates already.
I work and further develop both my services, as any other service/product I own. I don't have a preferred one, they are all my business and I treat them equal

The difference is that at InstantLinkIndexer indexing happens faster thanks to the techniques being used. Otherwise both services achieve alike indexing rates, just at different speed

Why does my account even after payment Show status inactive ?
"You are currently not a paid subscriber and therefore Your account is inactive!" i dont see any links processed or any links added via api
also i took it directly from your site and on your homepage it says $17,97 but at final processing i have been charged $21+ ?

PM me please Your account username and transaction ID so I can take a look. Sometimes Paypal sends delayed notification back about orders, and sometimes it misses to send at all.
You are charged $21.xx, because you are addeed 20% VAT. I am VAT registered company and by law I am required to charge VAT on any EU order
