I think GSA sends only newly built and verified links to my system. Lots of my customers use GSA and everything is working just fine. It may be something on your GSA settings, but for that best is to contact their support team as they will have more clues on the issue

I never give any guarantee about indexing and indexing time as that way i will lie to my customers. Noone can give indexing guarantee time except the SEs themselves, noone. If someone is giving you a guarantee on this, he is blatanly lying you.

By using my system people get their links indexed in different periods, depending on the links type, quality and lots more factors.. Some links get indexed within hours, others within days, others within weeks, others never unfortunately..

My service is really low priced, actually the lowest price on the market, so anyone can afford it and give it a try to see if it works out for him!

Hello there, there is no lack of support as I reply to every request within 1 hour max.

I have received your 2 emails, the first on 31st July and the 2nd one yesterday and have replied to both of them within less than 30 minutes.

You might have to check your spam inbox or something else is causing you not to receive my email replies.

I understand your feelings when you are not receiving response, but please understand there's no issue with my customer service.

I am now sending you a pm with the reply on your emails, as apparently you are not receiving my emails.

Glad to hear your on top of things, but there is most certainly an issue with your website's internal email system as I have not received any replies to my SPAM box and have read over other similar issues with other clients of yours regarding not receiving emails upon support requests. My best guess is that your website (corresponding email) is blacklisted as your getting completely blocked.

I'll make a note in the future to just contact you on here if I need any help, but if I were you, I would certainly look into this, as I am obviously not the only one with this problem.

I just checked and my mailserver is not in any blacklists, nor i have received back any mailer-demon error message for your emails..

Well, with over 3k active customers, you are probably the 3rd-4th guy to happen with, so i think it is in acceptable norms.. nowadays such things happen due to the massive amounts of spam.. and for this reason i am considering to switching to a web ticketing system soon.. For the time being you can either use PMs at my support forum or here..

Wanted to inform you and all my rest customers that a Web Ticketing system have been incorporated into the service and as of recently all contacts/issue requests go through it so that chances of not receiving my replies via email for whatsoever reason are now gone!
