How does it work? can i just add a few accounts and proxies and give it a list of videos to top rate my comments? Do i have to enter the comments manually first or will the software automate. keen to know before i buy.some screenshots would be nice as well

This happened before and was due Google/YouTube temporarily disabling comment count in their API. I just checked, and everything works normal.

Currently there is no option to export to excel.
Try using more threads + proxies to speed things up, also disable the functions you do not need. Calculating comments/social information takes a lot of time, disable it if you do not need it.
