I never usually write anything negative about services on black hat but for this I had too.
I had ordered SAPE service from SEO PEZ order 909 I was told that there was a 7 day delay due to other jobs being processed. After this period I was assured that I would receive my submission report within 3 days after that it would take a further 20 days to see results in SERP.
I made payment after 7 day delay period expecting to see my result in couple of days. 8 days or more passed and I had still heard nothing so I contacted SEO PEZ via Skype (to which I have transcripts) again I was told that they don't know when my report would be delivered and it might be "some time" So I explained this has spoilt my marketing , Monetizsation and timing plans which exceed the cost of initial fee so as Good will gesture I asked for some bonus links.
To which he was reluctant to agree but he did in the end for lack of poor service , poor communication etc I sent him an email to confirm this too. Next day I checked my email to find that my subscription had been cancelled. I contacted SEO PEZ and after some time of him being evasive. I myself stated I was a member of BHW he quickly replied and claimed that my request is being dealt with by a higher level.
I have received no response nothing and he refuses to reply me on Skype What should I do ?
I would just like to add SEO PEZ is a poor service , cannot deliver what it specifies , bad customer services and doesn't have the decency to be upfront and keeps your money without reply.
I would advise any Black hat member to steer well clear just not worth the hassle if you want proof ill provide it here if requested.

You ordered us on 25th February but we discouraged you to order on that day. But still you placed order. Then you asked us that when you are going get your report? We told you approximately 7 days. 7th day was on 4th March. On 4th you wanted compensation 10 backlinks bonus. We said that we will try to provide 10 extra backlinks for this campaign. But you wanted 10 backlinks per keywords. And you have 5 keywords. So, in total you wanted 50 backlinks as compensation. Then emailed us on 4th March that you want those backlinks from PR5 to PR9. Which will cost $1000+. As, it was not possible for us to provide such a compensation. We issued full refund to you on 8th day.
Can you please tell your order number?

Blackhatmatic ... I never post much here either but I can tell you that I use this guy all the time for links ,including sape. Always get a report of links as they were promised . The sape links did take a little time to get a report but the links are awesome . Order 755 , 745,805 , 806 ......I have used a few link providers on here and got the crap end of the stick so I'm going to be vocal .Just wanted to put your mind at ease . I know how it is wondering if you just took up the ass after sending a payment.
I give him my content for link pyramids and they turn out better then services I have paid 50 - 75 $ from here for .

I ordered on 21 Feb, and still waiting for report.
I was asked by the OP of this thread to remove my review. He doesn't believe it is valid. I will remove these posts if I receive help from him and discover it isn't valid.
I rank a lot of videos, and most of them are doing fine. The only video to drop yesterday was the one where the only thing I did differently was use this SAPE service.
I asked for the newest order to be cancelled, and it was. But I am getting no response in getting the links for order #734 removed quickily and refunded. I was told I couldn't be refunded because I received my results. Really? Going from #2 to nowhere to be found are results worth paying $189 for?
There are discussions going on with people using SAPE links that took a hit yesterday. I tend to believe that Google has discovered some but not all of the SAPE domains. Then they give massive discredit to the pages linked in those domains. And that is what happened to me. I'm hoping that my page will return in rankings once these links are removed.
Please remove these links immediately!
Interesting reading - was going to order finally after reading so so much. Was going to use a throw away domain - not now though. Links like this do not make sense to me, they aren't permanent so why spend so much building them when we are all in agreement that they will be taken down sometime soon anyway...?
