I submitted a ticket on June 12th and haven't received a response. I just wanted to see if you guys would evaluate a couple of sites for recommendations on which packages to use. Has anyone gotten their money back through the "money back guarantee, no questions asked" ?

I submitted an order on 1st of June and it's still not completed, doesn't this qualify for 100% money back guarantee? Submitted a question through their tickets but no response yet.
