i want a team that can create me websites in the niches i tell them -- I will be doing all the research + i will also provide them with content i want..i want a team that designs and builds a good looking website...

+ after the website is created they should be doing SEO for the website -- i have all the major tools and they will be given VPS access where everything is installed
