Got my report within a matter of hours.
All links work - all links placed on correct PR pages.
Some links are on high OBL pages but still seem good.
Will report back once i start to see the links indexing and hopefully some improvements in the SERPS - my site is only 4 weeks old so went for the medium package and will build slowly.

It sucks!
I asked for a refund - but unfortunately the thread says "No Refunds" and now I can see why.
I got the 100 comment package - perhaps the smaller packages are better - but PLEASE - stay far, far away form the bulk package - unless you are using it to do negative SEO on a competitor!
Here is the email I sent to the guy who runs the service:

You completely misrepresented the work to be done on this job and as such I would like a refund.
Here are some of the problems with your work:
1. The comments are not on blogs relevant to my topic as you said they would be in your thread
2. I really doubt the work was done manually - I could have done this same thing in scrapebox for free with Auto Approved comments
3. You say "No Spammed Comment. All comments are written Manually & RELEVANT to the Post" - here is a sample of the text in your comments -
"NOTE TO READER: I removed the lame comment as I don't want to give away his lousy comment sources - if you search for the comment in google about 50 results come up - which means the comments are not even unique"
Obviously spun and auto submitted.
4. Most of the pages where you put my links have massive amounts of Spam comments including gambling and drug links - these sites have been spammed to death and dropping my links there is probably doing my sites more harm than good!
5. And the worst is that out of the 100 comments you have only used 11 unique domains.
