My Review:

Communication: OP delivered the report as promised to my email and also sent me a PM on BHW 10/10

Speed: Report was delivered in a crazy fast amount of time there is no way it was longer than an hour. Maybe not even half an hour 10/10

Quality: I received 11 links (10% over delivered) 10 of which came from TLD com/net/org (most were .com) and one from a country tld - a good mix in my opinion. PR was 2-6 including 4 PR 2, 3 PR 3, 2 PR 4, 1 PR 5 and 1 PR 6 - if you have ever done manual blog commenting then you know how hard it is to find good PR 4+ links. All of these sites had low OBL with the highest being 65 and the lowest being 8. Overall I would say quality was easily 10/10 (espeically when considering the price point)

For the price this is a no-brainer.
