Also, my website is new, is it safe?
Will you diversify the anchor texts? (it is now known that using more than 25% of your keyword as anchor is not safe)
Edit: Also, if this is the only SEO i am doing to my website, will I be able to see a google pagerank bounce as update is probably coming mid february.

The blog comments will not be niche relevant.
Yes, this is safe for a new site. It is actually designed for new sites.
We will diversify anchor texts by using multiple keywords, generic anchors, raw URLs, and longtail keywords.
As for your question about PR, I cannot make any guarantees. This is a fairly new service so we have not experienced any PR updates yet.
