Latest Google update targeting non generic keywords (including long tail keywords) and all types of links (including Sape, blog posts/comments, etc). Please don't use your money keywords, raw URL or brand name as a link anchor is the best option so far.
Don't use scrapebox blasts, now Google detects when a big number of links appear in a short period of time.

For all my existing clients, please contact me if you want to replace your keywords with generic ones.

Raw URLs and generic keywords are the best for increasing domain authority and popularity without the risk.
Money keywords shouldn't exceed 10% of site's link profile. Extensive usage of money keywords can lead to the ban.
Add to this a proper onsite SEO and you can rank any site regardless of it niche.

You can request 100% of links to be from English sites and home pages.
However the number of English homepages is limited, depends of required PR.

Normally I tend to do 50% of English sites and 50% of all others.
