Placed order for 50 backlinks (13 just on one site, 10 on another - not a lot of diversity there when half are on 2 sites.). Some PR 0-4. Only 3 were "d0 f0ll0w". I thought I would get more than that.

Received an email from these guys about a promotion they were running, their page promised ******** blog comments on low OBL pages.

First of all, I never received a report from them. I had to e-mail them and inquire if they're actually working on my order.
Then I checked ahrefs.com and apparently they have a number of blogs they usually comment on, certainly NOT LOW OBL. I requested a refund, and I did not get a reply, which is fine, but please don't burn your money here
