A less than 48 hour turn-around... don't know if that's to be expected with every order but this was definitely nice.

Communication: Didn't have any issues whatsoever, he was quick to respond to any messages.

Reporting: It was your standard xls file listing all the sites posted to. The pricing was great so i can't complain there..
