For anyone wondering, A positive and negative, Nix's articles are prob the BEST I have gotten in a long time (short of hiring a medical writer at $50 per, etc). His articles are great, but he does take long to answer, and sometimes you get rude responses. I guess he is at the amount of orders he can "slack" on his customer service and still have plenty or work/orders to do, hopefully he is not this kind of person. I think he has gotten big enough that he needs to impliment a support ticket system or something. Emails will get lost, he gets I think he said prob like 100 per day from us guys!!

All in all, great articles, but if you are in a pinch and he has his hands full, you may have to go somewhere else (which again sucks, because I like his articles most).
